Refund Policy

Everything sold on 3GP Dastan is digital. Credits and the parwana are delivered as soon as your USDT payment is confirmed on the TRON blockchain, which is why purchases are normally final. We put things right in these cases:

• You paid and nothing arrived. If an hour after the transfer was confirmed you still have no credits or parwana, write to [email protected] with the amount, the time and the transaction hash. We find the payment and either deliver what you bought or return the money.
• The amount does not match an order. We keep it for you and, as you prefer, credit it to your account or send it back.
• One order paid twice. The second payment is returned in full.
• A fault on our side. If our fault kept you from using what you paid for, we refund the unused part or add the lost days to your parwana.

Refunds go out in USDT (TRC20) to the address the payment came from, less the network fee, within 7 days of our reply. A payment sent on another network (ERC20, for example) cannot be matched automatically; write to us and we help where we can. Spent credits, used parwana days and accounts closed for breaking the Terms are not refunded.

A parwana never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. Payment questions: [email protected], in Urdu or English.
